Our remedies are hand prepared and made individually at our clinic by a qualified aromatherapists. At times, remedies can oxidise pending on how the product is stored. As directed, we always recommend that our remedies are either stored in a cool dry place, or in the fridge which helps to preserve the remedy from oxidation. At times, due to environmental factors, warmth in the home or during summer weather, remedies can oxidise due to temperature changes which can affect the Aromatic oil blend including our cream base remedies. Our remedies ingredients contain natural plant aromatics and extracts as we try to avoid using synthetic chemicals. However, all our remedies contain natural molecule components that can at times affect the blend.
It is our aim to provide remedies that promote self-help, health and well-being. We take special care in maintaining that our hand prepared remedies and creams meet your satisfaction. Should you receive a product and it does not meet to this standard and quality that we expect or if the products is faulty, please contact us and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

* Date purchased
* Craft Fair or festival that you bought the product from or if you were undertaking a treatment at our private clinic / home visiting service.
* Product Batch Code and Expiry Date ( this can bee seen on the front of the product label)
If a remedy is faulty due to the possibility of oxidation- which is a process in which a molecule chemical substance can change.
Once a remedy has been opened, we are unable to accept or change it for an alternative remedy for health and safety reasons. However, we do ask that you dispose of the product in the rightful manner once we have discussed this with you. We are happy to offer you a full refund or to send you a replacement if we are at fault.
Refunds will not be given if the remedy has in anyway been misused, altered or has been more than 28 days from the purchase date, or if the remedy has passed the expiry date as stated on the label. We are unable to give a cash refund if you cannot provide the above information as all our remedies are data recorded, but a replacement may be offered.
Marchant Therapies would never ask for your bank card details or pin number. If a refund is made, this will be sent by Postal Order via Royal Mail once your address has been verified to us for your security.
